Refund Timeframe

  • Refunds will be issued only after your payment method has been charged for your order.
  • After a refund has been issued, it can take up to 2-7 business days to reflect on the original form of payment used at checkout. When a refund is processed, you will receive an email confirmation confirming this is completed.
  • If you are receiving a refund because of a return, please note that it can take up to 10 business days for us to receive and process your return before a refund is completed.
