Where's My Order?


The easiest way to review the status of your order is to log into your account here.

Due to unforeseen circumstances, we are experiencing delays with final delivery in some areas of the United States. Please allow an additional 2 business days from the time of your original estimated arrival date for final delivery.


If you checked out under an account:

1. Sign In to you account.

2. Click "VIEW/TRACK ORDERS" on the "Order History" tile:

3. Once on the next screen, you will see a list of orders places under your account, including the Order Number, purchase date and order status.

  • You can click on the order number to view more information about the order, including shipping address, and order value/payment information.

Guest Checkout:

1. Fill our the "Track My Order" form at the top of our site.

2. Once the form is filled in, click "Track Order" to view your order information, including shipping status/shipping address, order value/payment details, etc.

Note: If you checked out as a guest you can track your order as well as start a return just by filling out the "Track My Order" form.


Your Order Information:

Orders are processed once payment has been received and all shipping and billing information has been verified. This process is usually automatic, but under rare circumstances may take up to three business days.

Each item you order may require a different processing time before your order ships from our facility. Expected delivery dates for every product are listed on the item's description page, just below the product image. The delivery date is based on our flat rate shipping fee and will vary based on the shipping method you choose at checkout. Transit time does not begin until your leaves our facility and it's calculated in business days. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Once your order ships from our facility, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information. If you have your tracking number, please visit Tracking Your Order for more information.


Please contact us if you have one of the following issues:

  • You never received an order confirmation email and you do not have your order number
  • Your order information has not been updated on your account
  • Your delivery date has passed and you have not received your package
